Since it is double boned, it is the Radius and Ulnar. You can recognize the Ulnar bone because it is longer than the radius and how the bulge forms the "elbow". I thing they usually use the front leg of the pig to do Ter Kah. The back leg where the femur is, is very big and would be difficult to cook like this.
