I always associated Pow Sing with its Chicken Rice which rates very well even though its not at the top of everyone's list. The Nonya cuisine is quite tasty and I enjoyed it although it is not as home cooked as the real thing (although I am according to Peter a "fake" baba because I cannot handle spicy foods any more).
