Had it as a kid on Christmas Island and the guy who cooked it was only on the island for a short while. Brings back memories so I hunt for them!!<br />I wish they would cook it for you when you order. That is crucial. They hand you ones that been sitting there cooked a while ago. Ummh. Just been back from Hong Kong, theirs had red bean/black sesame etc so no peanut. I asked for one that was still being cooked. She said ok, you have to wait for 7 minutes. Didn't care what feeling it had. It turn out to be green tea batter with red bean. Burnt me all the way down the throat and gullet but wow it was good.
